The month brought some wonderful – but brief – warmer weather, so folks enjoyed working on some spring-themed handiwork projects. They also played some fun egg games to celebrate Easter. Sonny Days were April 24-29, so staff and residents gave out free Ice Cream Drumsticks to visitors and reminded the community to “Take Time to Visit a Senior”! Volunteer Appreciation Week was in April, so each of our dedicated volunteers was gifted a box of doughnuts because they’re appreciated a “hole” bunch and they make everyone’s life so much sweeter!
