A new year is underway! January brought lots of snow and cold, but the days were bright and joyful inside! Folks played a rousing game of Balloon Ball and made delicious snacks like fruit pizza and edible polar bears during Cooking with Kate. They kept busy making adorable snowmen and bird seed ornaments to hang outside, and they planted herbs to watch grow. To celebrate World Snow Day, folks made snowball shooters out of cups and balloons and shot marshmallows all over! One even wound up in Activity Director Kate’s printer! The Red Hatters came and played cards and the Winskill Elementary School 5th Grade Leadership Team came and played bingo. To view photos, please click on the web album link below.
