March means Mardi Gras, and folks commemorated the day with a Bead-and-Dice game. March also means St. Patrick’s Day and lots of green everything! Thanks to the dietary staff who made a delicious meal of corned beef and cabbage. A trip to Orchard Manor Skilled Nursing Facility gave folks a chance to see old friends and play some cards, and there were also some delightful visits from the younger generation. The kiddos from Lancaster Preschool came and everyone colored together and shared a snack and story. The game of choice was Bingo with the third graders from Saint Clement School, and folks taught the Lancaster Middle School Student Council how to play Sevens.
