The month started with lion taming, a wild goose chase and other shananigans to celebrate April Fool’s Day! Then it was on to a lovely Easter dinner put on by staff. The second grade classes from Winskill Elementary School each visited during the month. Lou Oswald also came and the activity room was full of music and laughter! Thank you to the Mennonite Youth Group who sang for us, and the St. Clement School 6th graders for coming to play bingo. Morningside helped celebrate Sonny Days by providing free ice cream treats, and learned more about Sonny on a trip to the Grant County Historical Society. In honor of Arbor Day, Maintenance Tech David planted two flowering crab apple trees, and the month ended with a potluck lunch and cards at the Lancaster Senior Center.
