The summer fun continued in August, starting with a trip to Platteville for the “Not Our First Rodeo” Senior Picnic. Everyone enjoyed good food, prizes and music. You never know who or what will visit Morningside - thank you to community friend Julie for bringing in two alpacas! Thank you also to community friend Missy for presenting on her recent trip to Uruguay, and to Community of Christ for the lovely worship service for residents and the community. Another highlight was a wagon ride from Vesperman Farms through the Grant County Fair, escorted by the Lancaster Police Department. We so love our Lancaster community!
