National Assisted Living Week kicked off September. This special week is a celebration of the folks who live in assisted living residences and the dedicated staff members who support them. There were prize drawings, dress-up days, a car show, a fish fry and delicious ice cream treats delivered by the Vesperman Farms ice cream truck. Each resident had their moment to SHINE with a special award ceremony as well. The month ended with a wonderful visit by the Saint Clement School second grade students. They always bring so much joy!
